Refund & Return Policy – Gasi House

At Gasi House, we’re committed to providing high-quality hemp flower and products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of hemp flower, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products. Once your order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of all our products for every customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Gasi House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery location. We recommend monitoring tracking information closely and being available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • Lost packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier

For any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gasihouse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
